Registration & Payment Deadline

To ensure a smooth entry and avoid delays at the gate, please complete your profile and submit your payment no later than April 17, 2026.

Registration Process

Step 1: Fill out all required fields and any additional sections that apply to you.
Step 2: At the end of this form, click "Click to print."
Step 3: On the new page that opens, click "Click here to print & submit your profile" to generate your PDF. Print this document to mail with your payment.
Step 4: Complete your annual waiver online at hillside.camp/2026waiver.

Payment Instructions

Make checks payable to Hillside Campgrounds LLC. Mail your check and your printed profile to:
948 Creek Rd, New Milford, PA 18834

Note on Deposits: We process each check by hand to record payments and assign your annual membership cards. This creates a short delay between mailing and deposit. If your check has not cleared your bank by April 24th, please contact wayne@hillside.camp.

Site Occupancy & Guest Policy

Double Occupancy: Perm sites are rated for two people.
Free Guest Eligibility: If you are the ONLY Perm registered to your site, you may invite one free guest at a time.
Exclusions: Sites with two or more registered Perms are not eligible for a free guest.
Requirements: All guests must be in good standing and complete their waiver before arrival.
