The original and still the best—Illuminations Weekend is here to light up your summer! Hillside started it all, and while others have tried to copy, no one does it like us. Get ready for a weekend filled with glowing creativity, a magical atmosphere, and the kind of community energy that makes this event a standout every year.

Friday kicks off with Bingo at the Rec Hall at 7 PM, followed by a bonfire and dancing under the stars at 9 PM. On Saturday night, the campground transforms into a glowing spectacle for the Illuminations Walkabout—wander through the dazzling displays and experience the creative brilliance of our campers. This year, we’re upping the stakes with cash prizes for the best-lit sites, with categories for both permanent and weekend campers.

Wrap up the weekend with our Sunday Potluck at 6 PM in the Rec Hall. Bring a dish, your leftovers, or just your appetite and enjoy one last evening with your Hillside family. Illuminations Weekend isn’t just an event—it’s an experience, and we can’t wait to see the campground shine!
